in 2020, a young, passionate hotel-industry professional named Karan Singh stepped into kitchens across India, learning the craft of flavours, techniques, recipes, and true hospitality. After gaining 7 years of rich experience in the hotel industry, Karan took a bold step—
he started a small cloud kitchen from his home, driven purely by passion and the dream of serving authentic, comforting momos to people around him.

That humble kitchen lit the foundation for something much bigger—
Momos Gossips.

How It Really Started

While working in the food industry, Karan noticed something important: The momo and

fast-food market in India was growing rapidly… but so was the problem of hygiene.

People loved momos, yet many viewed them as unhealthy, unsafe, or unhygienic because of how they were often prepared and served.

That insight hit him hard.

Karan decided to change this perception —
